1. Eligibility for Refund / Replacement

Refund or replacement will be provided only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Product received in damaged or leaking condition

  • Expired product delivered

  • Missing items in the order

🕒 Important: Customers must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be applicable in the following situations:

  • Opened or used masala packets

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Minor packaging damage that does not affect product quality

  • Delay or non-delivery due to incorrect address or customer unavailability

3. Refund / Replacement Request Process

To request a refund or replacement, please contact us with:

  • Order ID / Invoice number

  • Clear photos or video of the product

  • Reason for the request

4. Approval & Refund Processing

  • All requests are reviewed by Anil Kumar.

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.

  • The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
